Safed Keema
- Wash and clean the mutton minces. Apply the ginger paste, garlic paste and salt and keep aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and microwave on high 100% for 2 minutes.
- Add the green chillies and microwave on high for another 2 minutes.
- Add the mutton mince and ½ cup of water and microwave on high for 15 minutes, stirring after every 5 minutes.
- Add the cumin powder, mix well and keep aside.
- In another microwave safe bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of oil with the garlic and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Add the fried garlic and coriander to the mutton mince, mix well and microwave on high for 1 ½ minutes. Serve hot with pulao or parathas.
